Got a feature idea?
Before reaching out, take a moment to browse the roadmap. Your idea might already be there, and if it is, you can add your vote or join the conversation. Comments and suggestions are always welcome. Not everything will get built, but your input helps guide priorities and highlights what matters most to the community.
It’s especially helpful if you describe the problem you’re trying to solve, not just the feature you’d like. That extra context goes a long way.

App Store purchases and refunds
Island Magic apps are sold through Apple’s App Store. Billing, subscriptions, and refunds are handled by Apple directly.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Cancel anytime in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your device, at least a day before the renewal date. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling does not issue a refund for the remaining time.
Request a refund
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, request a refund from Apple. Apple reviews and decides all App Store refunds.
- Open the App Store app and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Purchased (or view your purchase history) and select the app.
- Tap Report a Problem, then choose that you’d like to request a refund.
- Fill out the form with a reason and submit it.
You can also use reportaproblem.apple.com in a browser, or follow Apple’s request a refund guide.
If you still need help after contacting Apple, email aloha@islandmagic.co. We stand behind our apps and want you to have a great experience. We'll do our best to make it right.
