These terms apply when you use RadioMail, Radio Messenger, Packet Commander, Transceive (the "apps"), or this website. By using an app, you accept them.
Apps from the App Store are also covered by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Do not rely on these apps in an emergency
Message delivery is not guaranteed. There is no guarantee that in an emergency you will be able to use an app, reach another station, or interact with the Winlink, APRS, or AllStarLink systems at all.
An app can contain bugs or fail at any time. Services may be unavailable without warning. Do not depend on these apps as your only way to call for help or send a critical message.
You understand these limits and take on the entire risk of using the apps.
Amateur radio license
To use these apps, you must hold a valid amateur radio license issued by the licensing authority of your country. Operating on the air is your responsibility. Follow the rules that apply to you.
No privacy on the air
There is no privacy over amateur radio. Anyone can read messages content, including any location information included in the message. Winlink and APRS messages are available online for licensed amateurs to inspect.
People who receive Winlink email over the internet are told that a reply is not private and can be read by the public.
Changes and updates
App features may be changed or removed at any time. Pricing may change over time. You will be notified when that happens.
Apps may be updated. An update may not work on every OS version you have installed. If an update is offered, you agree to install it.
An app may be retired at any time. If that happens, stop using it and delete it from your device.
