International Shipping
International shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail International. However, be aware that the total costs to receive your item can be significant, as many countries treat overseas online purchases as imports.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees
Customs in your country may apply import duties, taxes such as VAT, and other fees. These additional charges are
beyond our control and must be paid by you upon delivery. To ensure proper customs clearance, make sure to add your phone number and a valid email during check out.
Please note that if a shipment is refused, we will not issue a refund.
No Returns on International Orders
Due to the high cost of international shipping, which makes returns impractical, we do not offer refunds on
international orders. However, if an item arrives defective or is lost in transit, we will replace it. Make sure you have the correct setup and understand the operation of the adapter by consulting the
Operator Manual before you place your order.

Missing or Damaged Items
We strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your shipment is lost or damaged, here’s how
we’ll handle it:
- Damaged Items: If you receive damaged items, please report the damages to us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Missing Shipments: If your order has not arrived within 15 days of shipping, please contact us. We will initiate an insurance claim with USPS. Claims cannot be started sooner to allow time for delayed shipments to be delivered. We will handle the entire claim process on your behalf.
All items shipped via USPS Priority Mail are insured for up to $100. This helps protect against any loss or damage
during transit. Once the claim is approved, we will either send you a replacement at no additional cost, or
process a refund to your original payment method if you prefer.
Payment Information
We Accept Major Credit Cards:
- Your credit card information is encrypted and securely processed without it passing through our server.
- We do not store your credit card information.
Order Processing:
- Your payment will be processed immediately upon placing your order.
- If there are any issues with your payment, we will contact you to resolve them so your order can be shipped
without delay.
Sales Tax:
- Sales tax will be applied to your order if it is shipped within a state where we are legally required to collect
sales tax.
Veterans, Active Military, and Student Discount
We are proud to offer special discounts to certain members of our community as a token of our appreciation for their service and dedication.
A 10% discount is available to current and Veteran members of the US Military, National Guard and Reserve, as well as students.
Contact us for a discount code to use during checkout. The discount is intended for personal use, cannot be transferred or combined with other offers, and certain products may be excluded.
